The full parish council normally meets on the first Monday of each month at 19:30 in the Church Hall (map location). There is no meeting in August, hence there are 11 meetings per year. If the first Monday in a month falls on a public holiday the meeting will be held the following Monday. The actual dates are listed in Langford Diary. Specific details of the next meeting can be found on the bulletin board and this will tell you of any changes from the normal date, time or venue. Members of the public are welcome to attend. At the beginning of each parish council meeting 15 minutes is set aside for public questions.

Langford Parish Council has adopted the new Model Publication Scheme as required by the Freedom of Information Act. You can find the scheme here.

Residents are invited to contact the parish council either by writing to the parish clerk or contacting any councillor by telephone, email (for those who participate as shown earlier) or complete the Web form.

Alternatively you may register at the bulletin board and post any matter there. Anything posted on the bulletin board can be seen and responded to by anyone else so it is particularly useful raising issues which you believe are of wider interest to residents. From time to time the parish council will also post general notices on the bulletin board.

On 4 February 2008 the parish Council agreed to start publishing council minutes.
